A cold November evening

Hi there everyone!
The temperature is going to drop in the low 30’s tonight, waaay too cold for me!  I brought in my herbs, plants and everything else that I thought would get frost bitten.
How about you?  Do you like cold weather?
Here is a Thanksgiving vignette I made from all the things I brought in from my garden.  It doesn’t seem possible that Thanksgiving will soon be here.  Where did summer go?
November rainy night 039-2
White, creamy pumpkins (left over from Halloween)……
November rainy night 043-1
Bird nest with antique roller’s and potpourri…. for texture and color.
November rainy night 034-1
Of course the aroma from this fresh lavender is soooo nice.
November rainy night 012-1
A pair of turtle doves……..
November rainy night 032-1
Pompous grass from the yard………….
November rainy night 040-1
Horns & feathers………….
November rainy night 031

November rainy night 051-1

November rainy night 006
Add a mix of tarnished silver…….
November rainy night 094-1
Warm, soft, earthy tones of nature. …surrounds us with their warmth and beauty everyday, sometimes we just need to bring them inside.
Are you ready for a slice of fresh baked pumpkin pie and a cup of hot coffee or tea?  Me too!

I brought plumes in for vases too.

The plumes fill out as they dry. I tried spray painting them silver, I thought maybe for a holiday arrangement. I think it's going to work, need to experiment some more.

Absolutely gorgeous vignettes. How fortunate for us that you "had" to bring all those wonderful elements inside and decorate. ;)

Thanks for linking to my party. I look forward to seeing what you link up each week. I'll be spotlighting you tonight in my showcase.

By the way, I just joined you as a follower.
