Decorating With Hedge Apples

Hello everyone!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks around here!  Our daughter had a torn meniscus

in her right knee so we have been chauffeuring her to and from

therapy and the doctors office.

I’m happy to say she’s doing well and can drive again.

It’s hedge apple time or some folks call them Osage oranges.

Here are a few ideas I found on Pinterest.

I’m thinking this would make the perfect centerpiece for the garden!

I guess Albert and I are back on the trails to pick up a few more.

(He loves to chase the deer!)

They’re in the garden now, and come to think of it…. I haven’t seen any spiders!

Well….it’s almost September.

The leaves are starting to turn here…. even though, as much as, I love summer…

I’m looking forward to the colors of fall aren’t you?

The cooler nights are perfect for a relaxing evening in the garden.

Oh…our little garden is going to be featured in the Oct/Nov issue of the KY Gardeners magazine

The designer and writer stopped by last week and took photo’s.

She thought the copper bar top was interesting and the homemade

vine art, who would have thought!….

Well guys take care and have a wonderful Thursday!

Pin It now!
