Recycling and using what you have.
This project's cost was approximately $1.50. The wine bottles were free.....I already had the twine.... tags were .50 for fifty at a tag sale, had the stamp and antique aging powder. I got the Pompus grass from the neighbors yard.... found the basket in my basement and viola! I got this idea from Fern Creek Cottage. Check it out!
